Shipping Information
We ship all orders with Australia Post, both within Australia and internationally. Whether you're near or far, we’ll make sure your order gets to you safely and reliably.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer standard and express shipping options through Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it from us to you.
International Shipping
We’re happy to ship worldwide via Australia Post’s international service.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally take between 15- 20 business days
Customs charges or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer, so please check with your local postal service if you’re unsure.
Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

We want you to love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Changed your mind?
No problem—if your item is unused and in its original condition, you can return it within [insert number, 30 days of receiving it. Just get in touch with at LUXXECHARMS.au@gmail, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Need a different size or style?
We’re happy to exchange your item for something else (subject to availability). As with returns, items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us first so we can reserve your replacement item.

damaged or faulty goods
We always do our best to make sure every item we send out is in perfect condition. But if something slips through the cracks and you receive a damaged or faulty product—don’t worry! Just let us know, and we’ll cover the cost for you to send it back. Or, if it’s easier, you can recycle it locally and we’ll still send you a replacement free of charge.
