1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on the way.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $50. Express shipping is also available at checkout for an additional cost.
3. Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We ship worldwide via Australia Post. International delivery usually takes between 15-20 business days, depending on your location.
4. Can I pick up my order or get it delivered locally?
Absolutely! If you're in or around Burpengary, QLD, you can:

Request Local Delivery (just reach out to see if you're within our delivery zone)
5. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We carefully check every item, but if something’s not right, let us know. We’ll either cover the return shipping or you can recycle it locally—we’ll still replace it free of charge.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! If your item is unused and in original condition, you can return it within 30 days. Please note: return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the buyer’s responsibility.
